Management Team
Therese Palermino, President and CEO
Therese is an Area Account Executive with Marriott International on the Global Sales Team. For three of her 18 years with Marriott she was at the UMUC Inn and Conference Center by Marriott - the first LEED* Certified Hotel in the U.S., which served as an introduction to some basic green practices. She gained knowledge in the area of some of the stringent green criteria required to do business with organizations such as the U.S. EPA and the U.S. Green Council. She is a champion of high quality customer service, and is very community oriented, having volunteered many hours of time through Marriott Spirit to Serve.**
John Gillispie, Vice President
In 1992 John joined "Earth Village Institute," a start-up level intentional community dedicated to living in harmony with the environment, self sufficiency and sustainable agriculture, incorporating passive solar and wind power into the designs of the structures. He worked with Terra Dome Corporation, a "landscape friendly" building concept that saved energy and minimized impact. John relocated to Rockville in 1993. He spent the next eleven years working at the Montgomery County Children's Resource Center, where he served as recycling coordinator. While still working at the Resource Center, he invented the Spray-All spray bottle.

Jonathan LeClere
Jonathan LeClere of Beamingsun, Inc. works closely with Spray-All Corporation to help promote product awareness and develop strategies for bringing the Spray-All bottle to market.
The Company
John and Therese formed the Spray-All Corporation in 2006, and share a vision for a cleaner, greener planet. They have set out with their unique spray bottle as a vehicle by which to jump start a massive campaign for the environment.
